Street food corner for the famous Sabich. Born in the Jewish Iraki culture the sabich is a pita sandwich filled with fried eggplants, steamed potatoes, egg cooked overnight in spices and delicious sauces: amba (fermented mango with curry), tahini, houmous, zhoug (green spicy with coriander).
