Housed in an 19th-century,2-storey building, 1er Etage SoPi is set in the trendy area of South Pigalle, ideally located half way between Montmartre and Opera Garnier. 1er Etage is an innovative hospitality concept that combines the comfort of a boutique hotel and the charm of a guesthouse. Each of the 7 rooms is unique and you feel immediately at home. Every morning a continental breakfast is served in the main living room. Reception is staffed only from 7:30 am to 2 pm, however you will be able to access the facility and your room 24/24h thanks to access codes (sent to you by email prior to your arrival). Two lounges are at the disposal of our guests; here you can make tea or coffee, enjoy complementary soft drinks and cookies to make your stay a carefree and relaxing one ! 1er Etage SoPi offers air-conditioned rooms, flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi access throughout, and retro-style ensuite bathroom with bathtubs and/or spacious walk-in showers. Juliette, Serge and their helpful team extends a warm welcome and will be delighted to assist you in any way they can to help you make the most of your Paris stay. To ensure comfort and tranquillity to all our guests, children under the age of 12 cannot be accommodated at the hotel and pets are not allowed.
