About
ESH Paris Hotelschool trains 500 students in Paris, Lille and London, up to a Master degree jointly delivered with London South Bank University. ESH Paris diplomas have been signed for the last 20 years by the most prestigious hotels and international hotel chains, including Shangri-La, Hyatt, Hilton, InterContinental, Starwood, le Ritz, le Crillon, le Bristol and le Fouquet's this year. First year students officiate at Le Charles, ESH gastronomic restaurant, supervised by Chef de Travaux Gaétan Guillot-Biani, who was trained by the Pourcel brothers. Le Charles is named after Charles Bouvier, grandfather of the founder, who was Maître d' of the presidential train. His collection of menus from the banquets he supervised at the end of the 19th century decorates the restaurant. The restaurant is open at lunch time, from Monday to Friday starting in October until May. A daily menu is offered at 22 euros, including starter, main course and dessert.
