Created 30 years ago by Danyang and Shimin Chen, Lys d'Or is a Chinese restaurant, which is now recognized as one of the best Asian restaurants in Paris by all the gourmet press and the restaurant guides. Shimin Chen has also won several prestigious cooking competitions in China, thanks to his expertise of traditional and creative gastronomy. Some major media such as Figaroscope, Gault Millau, Michelin or Figaro Magazine present Lys d'Or as one of the best representatives of Chinese gastronomy. Today, after 30 years of success linked to the excellence of its exquisite specialties of the gastronomic regions of China, Lys d'Or is doing its own "cultural revolution" and comes back on the front of the culinary scene, in a new chic and conceptual register. This new approach of Chinese cuisine combines the "yin" of dishes served on a hot plate for lovers of thick sauces with concentrated aromas, and the "yang" of dishes served in traditional "hot pots", for lovers of finesse.
