The Washoku, traditional Japanese cuisine, perpetuates with know-how and ancestral gestures. The sushi is made over the counter and served warm, in the rules of the art . Our passionate chef of Japanese cuisine, pays tribute to the knowledge of his grandmother in kyoto. We collaborate with our faithful fishmonger who delivers us every morning, under a control of very strict rules. You can eat there or take away of course :)
