About

All dishes are homemade and prepared with love under the watchful eye of our chef based on the fresh market. We work in short circuit with small passionate producers. The majority of our vegetables and eggs are pampered by Sabah (our farmer) who watch benevolently over our Permaculture garden, located around Paris. We harvest our own honey together with our swarms. We like our grandmothers fresh dishes and we love even more that you can taste it !
