Since 2013, Mamie has offered to its clients the best. Gourmets products, developed by our local farmers, who fight everyday to provide us quality products at the best price. If the success of our dishes and burgers is still here, it's because we choose the best products to develop and offer the best recipes: beef from Aubrac's farmers market, homemade delicatessen from Rodez, potatoes from the North region. At Mamie's, quality & very good taste is essential!Our menu is made of generous & gourmet burgers, and also french bistro dishes which remind our grand-mothers cooking as beef tab, roast chicken, salmon steak...
