Chef Helene Darroze is set to reopen with a new restaurant concept in the space formerly occupied by her two Michelin starred, Restaurant Helene Darroze. Located on the Left Bank on the Rue d’Assas. The restaurant will be renamed Marsan by Helene Darroze, after the chef’s home town in Les Landes in SW France.
