About

Making French pastry fun and easy in Versailles! I'm an American and Le Cordon Bleu Paris Pastry graduate living in Versailles teaching French Pastry classes. In 2013, I changed careers to pursue my passion by moving to France, studying at Le Cordon Bleu and then working at several bakeries in both the US and France. Now, I'm living full time in Versailles (just near the Chateau), and teaching classes out of my 19th century classic Versaillais apartment. I welcome small groups for classes on Macarons, Tarts, Mille Feuille, and more!
