Persille means marbled in French. Persille is a meat house. We are the both a butchery and a fast casual restaurant. You can buy here more than 70 different pieces of meat and delicatessen. Our meat is provided directly from french cattle breeders, who raise their cattle open air. Our food is home-made with fresh products and of course with excellent meat. We propose you for lunch from monday to saturday and for diner from wednesday to saturday a fast casual restaurant service. You can chose a piece of meat in the fridges and we cook it for you. You can also have our excellent burgers made directly from our fresh home-made patties. We also have steak tartare, home-made diserts ...
