Created by a former artists' collective "Reserved" is a unique place of its kind. Reserved Paris has been working with a community of insiders for a few years. It decided to open its doors in 2018. Combining art and gastronomy, the meal becomes a performance. A waiter will talk with you to create a menu based on your personality.
