Petrossian has put a lot of love into the Petrossian restaurant , situated at 13 Boulevard de la Tour-Maubourg. In this custom-made setting with a unique concept, Caviar is the absolute Tsar, all the way from the plate to the decoration. Open from Monday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, the Petrossian restaurant also offers a selection of caviar for purists to sample simply, accompanied by either toast or blinis. For them, the magic of the night happens around the caviar bar, where for each order, the host is invited to select the specific caviar that will highlight his or her evening, expertly guided by the advice of our 'Caviarologues'.
