Spadella: Italian cooking class in Paris. This project was created by Chiara and her father, Giuseppe: two generations, and the same passion for cooking. Their core values are trust, sharing and conviviality, and they want to share them with the largest number of people. Bonding, team spirit and gnocchi - the keys to a delicious family-led adventure. Different menus and secret recipes from our Italian grandmothers, spiced with a lot of love
