RESTAURANT WENZ HOU At Alex's 22/24 RUE DE BELLEVILLE 75020 PARIS WEN ZHOU Restaurant was established in 1992 by Mr. XU JIN DA, the father of Mr. XU Alexander. Wenzhou (Chinese: pin; pinyin: Wēnzhōu; wenzhounais, is a city in Zhejiang Province, China, where a very particular form of wu is spoken. It is a port city located 400 km south of Shanghai in one of the smallest provinces, the most populated but also the richest in China: Zhejiang. The municipality of Wenzhou has 9.1 million inhabitants in 2010 including 3,039,439 in the city itself. In 1992, Mr. XU JIN DA opened the restaurant to serve primarily Wenzhoun, who are mainly present in Belleville among the Chinese population. As time went on, Westerners also came to taste this cuisine from southern China. The specialties of the house are: different ravioli, blood sautéed guts, smoked duck, sautéed eels, dried celery, rice sauteed with vegetables and dried meat and sautéed eggplant.
