A hillside facing south, overlooking the Pyrenees. An exceptional location combining site, climate, grape varieties and historical know-how : a unique 'terroir' to make unique wines.For more than 400 years, Guirardel's vines have been taking energy from the sun, and the wind; elements from the soil to produce the raw materials necessary to give birth to our Jurançons.In the field and the cellar we use ancestral natural methods, modern thinking and installations, rigor and above all: passion.
