Yellow Peak is a modern and precise roasting of specialty coffees, as opposed to old-fashioned roasting, for atypical and delicate flavors in the cup. Bulk sale of coffee beans or ground, to individuals and professionals. Tasting on site or to take away hot and cold coffee-based drinks. *Values* Our coffees are grown only on a small scale, with respect for the environment (organic and GMO-free fertilizers), and fair remuneration for producers in order to sustain their activity. For this reason our coffees are not listed on the stock exchange. * Flavors * Our coffees are picked ripe, and by hand by workers. Their precise, sometimes experimental drying methods are analogous to the world of wine, for subtle aromatic results, allowing them to be rated at least 80/100 in order to become specialty coffees. Our roasting, precisely adjusted, sublimates the work of our producers. We share with all our customers our passion for specialty coffee and the best way to make it accessible at home.
