Cyril Haberland (star chef since 2005 in the Michelin guide, Grand de Demain Gault and Millau in 2012) and his team are sourcing from local producers to concoct a short but effective menu. Vegetables mix with tasty meats such as IGP Perigord foie gras, veal or fish. And in suggestion, his Signature dishes that made his fame ... The desserts are sure to flatter the sweet tooth. Cyril likes to multiply the floral essences, the new flavors to sublimate the classics like the poached pear with jasmine or the citrus supremes flanked by a laurel sorbet. The wine list offers of course wines from the region, but also a selection of beloved vignerons from Touraine, Burgundy, the Rhone Valley ... at different prices, so that everyone enjoys a friendly moment. The menu changes regularly, as the seasons go by and the energy of this young and daring team will not fail to surprise you.
