In 1998 Severine et Philippe Bourrier bought the estate composed of 30 hectares in one plot. The estate is located in Montescot, on the outskirts of Perpignan (only 15 minutes from it), in the South of France. The vineyard was immediately converted into Organic Farming.This very avant gardist approach only seduced 3 estates in Roussillon at that time. Today the vineyard is 72 hectares on 4 terroirs.
