-We offer a most authentic food, which is why a large part of our menu is on order 12 hours in advance. -All our purchases are made according to orders. -Our vegetables come from the end of a street. They are all of origin France. -Our meat is bought in traditional butchery. -There is no freezer, vacuum, frozen food, canned food, we do not buy products from wholesalers or industrialists. -All the grocery of the restaurant is made entirely in Morocco. Spices, olives, Argan oil, spice coffee, pepper, ginger, cinnamon, saffron, etc ... -Also we produce on site and with natural products all the bakery, pastries and sorbet. Without any chemical additives
