La Pata Negra

A real "jamonería" in Perpignan! A purely Iberian concept which literally translates to "ham", and in this name everything is said, or almost. Just the sight of the store front makes you salivate, a space dedicated to the sale and tasting of Pata Negra, Serrano, to the star Bellota, and everything that revolves around the pig. All the products come from Andalusia or the mountains of Southern Catalonia: fuets, black pudding (botifara) and white pudding (dios, fetge pa ...). Manchego, Cabrales and other Spanish cheeses can also be enjoyed in tapas, on the plate or in salads. To complete this sunny assortment, anchovies, squid, prawns, pinchos and casseroles of scallops are also on the menu. This transpyrenean getaway will be total with an Estrella Damm pressure. For wines, they are 90% from the department and the remaining 10% are from La Rioja.
