In the heart of the Le Moulin hotel in Lourmarin, the Bacheto restaurant celebrates a warm and generous cuisine for sharing, inspired by the flavours of Provence and the Mediterranean. In the old vaulted room of the 18thᵉ century oil mill or under the olive tree of the large terrace, between light and shade, Arnold Tajiri offers a cuisine for sharing, local and seasonal, in the light of Provencal culinary traditions.
