In a nice ambiance we are going to serve locally, refined food (where possible) and an amazing selection of sustainable produce. From local pork and wild boar to goats cheese and chestnuts – all Ardèchoise specialities! There is also an abundance of locally produced wines available. To the aperitif time, the big wood terrace, overlooking the heated outdoor pool with his nice beach, is going to present you a splendid panorama on the rocks of the Ardèche Gorge. Just relax and enjoy the sunset. People outside the hotel are also welcome to enjoy the restaurant.
