Winery Tour: Ampelidæ is a pioneer in organic viticulture in the Val de Loire. Our goal is to produce wines of excellence with an innovative global approach that respects its environment. The Château des Roches, one of the largest domaine‘s in the region, has been home to the Ampelidæ winery since 2005. Guided by the principles of organic agriculture, we adapt how we work the soil to the needs of each different parcel of vines, according to their specific characteristics (soil type, exposure, grape variety and the nearby environment...).
