Veritable institution in the area of Metz, the hotel - restaurant made new skin. Thomas FRANCOIS and his partner Laura ROLLIN take up the challenge to perpetuate the tradition of the family. The distribution of the roles proved quite simple: Thomas is manager and chef while Laura takes care on the floor and the cellar In 2016, they undertake major renovations at the ground floor in order to create a new environment there. To continue in the same line, two distinct offers are always displayed. The emphasis will be placed on products of quality, prepared every day. A frank and alive kitchen, who is changing with the seasons… - Cote Refectoire for the menu du jour ; - Restaurant with two menus, Perception & Expression, and the “coups de coeur” are proposed to the customers. Located in the back building, the floor offer a nice vue on the garden.
