At Merlin we only work with fresh, local and organic produce (free range) Therefore, our chef's suggestions are presented on our board. To avois disappointment, we kindly ask you to reserve in advance. Between 2 and 7 pm the restaurant is closed. However, weather permitting, our lakeside terrace (takeaway) is open for home made snacking, desserts, and artisanal ice creams. We also serve a selection of soft drinks, beers, wines, artisanal cider and organic coffee and hot chocolate. We are open from march till november
