The Auberge Sole e Monti is a 3-star hotel-restaurant located in Quenza, in southern Corsica, in the heart of Alta Rocca and close to the Aiguilles de Bavella. This family-owned establishment, run by the Balesi family for over 50 years, is known for its warm hospitality and traditional Corsican cuisine, showcasing high-quality local products. Guests can enjoy parking and a landscaped garden for outdoor dining. The restaurant offers generous and authentic cuisine, made with products from their own pig farm, where the Balesi sisters traditionally raise Corsican pigs. The new generation, represented by Élodie and Estelle Balesi, brings a contemporary touch to traditional recipes. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday evenings and on Sunday afternoons, except during the month of August. Ideally located, the Auberge serves as a starting point for exploring the region, particularly Bavella and the coscione.
