At the beginning, there was an encounter between two continents, two cultures. Then, a personality was added into the mix - the personality of Gadjo El Hadji, our ingenious chef, who is simultaneously true to his Senegalese origins and deliciously inspired by Corsican flavours. Finally, this is the story of a gastronomic restaurant in Bonifacio, at the heart of Capu Biancu. This is where Gadjo shares his experiences with us, mixes flavours and rejuvenates taste. The result is as astonishing as it is delicious, with a cuisine that is artfully spiced and refined. Take, for example, his audacious Black Soup, which will pique your curiosity and whet your taste buds, his grouper fish tagine dish, the lobster, accompanied by kaffir limes, or the artichoke hearts accompanied by brocciu cheese and hazelnuts. In the carvery, fish, seafood, meat and vegetables are simply cooked to preserve their exquisite flavours. Open for lunch and dinner.
