In Avize, lovely picturesque place full of vineyard trails in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, we will give you the opportunity to visit the Champagne Michel Gonet cellars. From the plots to the glass passing trough our manufacturing space, you will learn about all the stages of champagne preparation and even taste the valuable final product.
