Le Parc
About
Overlooking the Seine river, “Le Parc” restaurant has a premium location close to regional cultural sites in Normandy, such old castles, mills and Abbeys. Being a nineteenth century old building and resembling a small palace, the restaurant itself is part of this traditional history. Inside, the interior decoration is elegant and cosy, with a touch of modernity that doesn’t marred the historical beauty of the manor. A true journey into the past. Outside, the terrace and the veranda will welcome you for a high quality lunch or dinner during the mid-season, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounding the restaurant. Because the old recipes are often the best, Chef Arnaud Genty will serve a traditional cuisine of Normandy with a fresh touch. His signature dish is the “Canard à la Rouennaise”, a regional adaptation of the spectacular and sophisticated traditionally French “pressed duck”. A specialty you need to taste at least once in your life. Arnaud Genty, maître canardier
