The house built in 1903 is on the edge of a pretty hamlet and 2 kms from shops,with a big garden and lovely far reaching views. At the foot of the grand Colombier (Tour de France), 12 miles from the lac du Bourget, an hour from Geneva and Lyon; Our second gîte is ideally situated for fans of sport ( road cycling, VTT, water-sports, walking, Fly fishing, horse riding...),nature and Wine tasting (There are grape vines at the bottom of the garden and wine producer 100 m away and about 10 others within a 6 miles radius). Ideal for families with children of all ages and pet friendly, the gite is equipped with swings, table tennis, American billard table, private south facing swimming pool (10 X 5 meters) "petanque" set balls and games. The "Old school house" is a relaxing authentic French hide away in a beautiful undiscovered part of France.
