Artefact is a place on a human scale, hybrid, between the hotel for the service and the guest room for its authenticity. In this old building from 1814 with 4 bedrooms and 1 gîte, we find this hybrid side in the decoration where the antique furniture is associated with more contemporary touches to energize the whole. A bistro room awaits you for homemade breakfast. The living room invites you to relax with a collection of board games, a library, its fireplace and its old panoramic wallpaper more than 200 years old. Finally, the stone courtyard and the garden are ideal for having a drink in all seasons. Located in the town center of the picturesque town of Lamballe, and 10 minutes from the seaside resort of Val-André and the Emerald Coast (Erquy, Cap fréhel) and ideally positioned between the Pink Granite Coast on the left and the Pink Granite Coast on the right St Malo and Dinard.
