Christophe SAGORY has a passion for herbs, spices, culinary flavors. The choice of the institution's name derives directly from this way of cooking. What is "bistronomie"? The author of this word is none other than Sebastian Demorand (columnist culinary), in order to define a restaurant that blends the warmth and relaxation of a "bistrot" and large side gourmet restaurant and its cuisine. In these time of crisis, customers are looking for authenticity.
