At the hotel le Sherpa’s restaurant, we offer traditional “home-made” cuisine cooked with fresh products. We have been working with the same chef for over 19 years and the abundant desserts buffet is made by our pastry chef four times a week. Our chef’s speciality is the 5 courses menu which is composed according to his inspiration and market availabilities, with a soup, a starter, a main-course, a cheese platter and desserts buffet for 38€ (excluding drinks) every Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Usually, the chef treats us Fridays with a fire place barbecue. As menus depends on product availability and chef’s inspiration, they are often available the day before the next day!
