Hostin'Malo is a small residence ideally located in the heart of Saint-Malo, a few minutes from the ramparts of Intramuros (1.4 km), the famous Sillon beach (700m), and Saint-Malo train station (400m). For a few days, a few weeks or even several months, come and enjoy Saint-Malo by putting your suitcases down in Hostin'Malo 1D ! Built in the 1930s, the building was completely renovated between 2019 and 2021 and now consists of 6 very comfortable flats, from T2 to T4. The owners have used noble and ecological materials, and the thermal and sound insulation has been particularly worked. The cachet of the old building has been preserved but all flats have benefited from a thorough renovation. Thus, each accommodation has become a haven of peace, perfectly furnished and equipped for visitors who choose to put their suitcases there. On site, you will have a collective laundry room with shared washing machine and dryer. There is no car parking on site, but parking spaces (for a fee) nearby. However, you can park your bikes in the private courtyard of the building (bring your anti-theft device). The Hostin'Malo 1D is a nice type 2 flat of approximately 35 m², located on the 1st floor. It has a separate bedroom with high quality bedding (size 160x200) and storage, shower room, separate toilet, very nice fitted and fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, etc.) open to the living room. A dining area and a living room with TV. Nicely decorated and very well-equipped, bright thanks to a double exposure, it can comfortably accommodate 1 to 4 people, thanks to a sofa bed in the living room. It benefits from very good sound insulation thanks to its new double glazing. You will be able to access free wireless internet thanks to fiber. Managed by the Cocoonr Agency, whose premises are on the ground floor of the residence, you will be greeted on site by our teams and your flat will be ready to welcome you. Sheets and towels are provided and your bed will be made on your arrival. To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, tea, sugar and cleaning products. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay on the Emerald Coast in the heart of the Corsair City. For the well-being and tranquillity of all occupants, we ask you to respect the calm of the premises and the following rules: - Parties are prohibited and any noise nuisance will be reported and sanctioned. - The entire residence is non-smoking, the private and common areas (especially the courtyard). - Pets are not allowed on the premises.
