About
To welcome you in Brittany in the Bay of Mont St. Michel, between Saint-Malo, Cancale, the Emerald Coast and the coast of Normandy, Yannick has imagined a second life for this magnificent mansion of the 18th century (1773). It is located on the same property as the "Chateau de Mont-Dol" and named "Le jardin des simples" in reference to medicinal plants that adorned the gardens of cure in the past. This residence located in the heart of the village of Mont-Dol, is surrounded by old stone walls protecting a pretty conducive to rest and relaxation garden. Its character was retained with its ceilings and chestnut beams, its magnificent original staircase, its old wooden floors, panelling, its large volumes, its chimneys and its bread oven. Enjoy your break in Brittany and dinner at the table of the "Jardin des simples" with views over the gardens. After having cooked for personalities in London and Paris, Yannick returned to his native land and prepares you a dinner refined local products and vegetables from his natural garden.
