Maison Bleu Lin
About
Lifestyle boutique created in 1998. Was first an antique haberdashery shop for 14 years, then a charming tea-room with english and breton specialities for 4 years, now (for the last two years) a quaint little shop with french and italian artisan woven quality fabrics in linen, half linen along with antique french fabrics in linen, cotton and hemp and a good selection of french country brocante articles (ceramic, kitchenalia, cake and chocolate antique moulds, vases, old baskets and tools) all displayed in superb settings : a seventeenth century house with in keeping features (oak beams, floor tiles, limed walls). Plus a few antique haberdashery items such as antique laces (hand crocheted breton doilies, collectors lace, trimmings sold by the yard, old buttons...) and one-of-a-kind handmade textile creations I make using only antique linen and laces and recycled materials (bags, jewelry, lavender sachets, decorative hearts, wedding and Christmas cards..). All articles made in Europe.
