Located in the popular Courtoisville district of Saint-Malo, 30 m from the large Sillon beach, La Résidence La Hoguette offers self-catering studios and apartments. Eve and Bruno welcome you there all year round. Each vacation rental has all the necessary comforts: free Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, oven, microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels House… In the residence you will find at your disposal free of charge: a library, toys, board games, beach games, coolers, umbrellas, hair dryers and baby equipment (on prior request). You will also have access to a laundromat (washing machine and dryer) and a central vacuum. At the end of your stay, you have the choice of cleaning yourself or opting for the cleaning package. Four parking spaces are available in the courtyard of the residence and parking around is free. Our animal friends are welcome with a supplement. We just ask for everyone's well-being that they are wise, clean and that they are not left alone in the accommodation. You will find in the immediate vicinity (accessible on foot) shops, restaurants, thalassotherapy, nautical activities, a cinema and a market. The train station is 900m from the residence (accessible on foot in 10/15 mins or by bus on line 5). You will reach the quarter of the old city within the walls in about 15 minutes on foot by the dike along the sea.
