With a total area of around 175m2, the chalet is arranged as follows: - 1 beautiful living room of 55m2 with sitting area around a large fireplace, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen; direct access to the 10m2 terrace facing south and enjoying a breathtaking view of the Massif des Ecrins. - 6 bedrooms including a master suite of 15m2 with bathroom (bath) and balcony with mountain views, another large bedroom of 20m2 with bathroom (shower) and balcony, a small children's room of 6m2 with beds bunk, and 3 bedrooms of about 10m2 each with a water point (sink). A total of 12 beds.
