Opened in April 2014, La Bonne Pate proposed you pizzas from Tuesday to Sunday, noon and night. To form, Tony, the pizza maker, has also not hesitated to use an expert on the matter: Adeline Fradin which is nothing less than the world champion of the Calzone 2013, also owns the Arlequine and Melusine in Sainte-Luce. Good dough is no less than 28 pizzas you choose one, two or three people, it also has to pizza of the month with a new recipe every month! And there's something for everyone ... More traditional or Regina Marguerita with impressive Fromagere (emmental, mozzarella, goat, Reblochon and Roquefort) or Atlantic (shrimp, mussels, squid) ... LA BONNE PATE, it is also two original pizzas: Carbonara and Bolognese. These two have the particularity to offer fresh tagliatelle on pizza in addition to other ingredients: quite unique! To note, the dough is fresh and artisanal specially manufactured to the pizzeria. In addition to pizzas, a wide selection of drinks (with and without alcohol) and ice cream haagen-dazs is offered.
