A small and cosy yoga studio situated in the heart of La Baule, not far from the town centre (Avenue Général de Gaulle). At Shakti we practice in small groups, creating a connection between the breath and the movement. Your teachers, Noora and Suzanne are delighted to accompany you through your yoga journey. Group and private classes, in English and in French. We also offer prenatal and postnatal classes. Open all year round.
