In the heart of the Charente Maritime, Saintes, a few kilometers from Pont l'Abbé d'Arnout, his hometown, Jerome decided to settle, having traveled and worked alongside Emmanuel Renaut, Anne-Sophie Pic, Carlo Crisci, great figures of gastronomy. Along the way he meets Coralie, the lilting accent of the Cévennes, which joined him.
