La Terrasse apartment, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, can sleep up to 10, is the perfect space for family groups, or groups of friends. South facing, with spectacular panoramic mountain views, whilst only minutes away from the ski station at Morillon, 2.5km and the village of Samoens, 5km. Restaurants and bars are close by in Verchaix Morillon villages. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of the property. Each spacious bedroom has its’ own private bathroom, all supplied with linen, fluffy bathrobes, hairdryer, heated and towel rail. One room has a south facing balcony, and two rooms have access to a large terrace. You’ll find all the facilities you would expect in a modern apartment, heated boot room, washing machine and hot tub (winter only, lower ground floor outside). The large living room, 55²m, has a widescreen smart TV, ample seating and dining for your group. The new large kitchen with its' large island, is very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday: AEG oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a separate room for the washing machine, and clothes airer, which also doubles up as a shoe and coat store. There is free parking in the street in front of the chalet for 2 - 3 cars, the apartment is also only 50 metres from the free ski bus. The Grand Massif ski area is the fourth largest in France, and with 265km of piste there is something for everyone. Enjoy one of the longest blue runs in Europe La Cascade 14km taking you from the top of Flaine, through the trees and a stunning descent into Sixt, then join the bus back to Samoens. Or for beginners in Morillon you must take the Marvel piste 5km through the trees, you feel like you are in another world. Cross country ski tracks are situated at the Col de Joux Plane, Sixt Fer-a-Cheval, and Plateau d'Agy. For non-skiers enjoy a spa in Samoens, local village markets and snowshoeing. Meal delivery options or inhouse chef are available from the owners Phil and Louise who live on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels are provided.
