Immerse yourself in the heart of Savoyard folklore and discover a delicious menu, a selection of fondues developed by Frederic Royer, master cheese monger of Fromagerie Boujon: Chablaisian fondue, cheese fondue or a half and half fondue, an equal mix of an aged hard cheese and a less stronger cheese simmered to perfection. Here, local specialties are placed on high, from fondue to traditional raclette to the pela des Aravis, a rich potato dish. You will rediscover the authentic and delicious taste typical to our mountain cuisine. And to end the evening on a sweet note, the dessert buffet awaits where the the gateau de Savoie, a delicious sponge cake reigns proudly between the rustic blueberry tart and the poached vanilla pears.
