With an area of 70 m², the chalet offers: On the ground floor: • A living room with lounge area TV (Satellite Astra English channels), DVD, and fully equipped kitchen with oven, 3-burner gas hob + an electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood and everything you need for cooking. Garden level: • Bedroom 1: with a 140 cm double bed, opening onto the terrace in full sun. • Private bathroom: shower, WC, sink, heated towel rail • WC. In the basement : • Sauna. • Laundry. • A bathroom with shower and single sink. First floor : • Bedroom 2: Three 90 cm single beds, Outdoors : • 10 m² wooden terrace and unfenced lawn garden of 30 m² + parking for 2 cars. Garage for bikes to share with the neighboring chalet.
