Calanques Beaches are 40 mn away, Cassis less than 1 hour . Property and its 3000m2 garden includes a Petanque playground. and a 6-vehicle convenient private parking space ( up to 7 cars can be squeezed in). Great location, exceptional view, pool, garden, gym, central air-conditioning, 8 large rooms with 7 bathrooms, 8 toilets, 2 baths & 9 showers can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests ( with an extra sofa-bed in the master bedroom if needed, for an additional 1 or 2 children/teens.) In addition to a private guard security controlling the Golf Domain, a video system control outdoor premises of the property to ensure security and good respect of rental agreement. Pool water can be heated (Total Nights of Stay x 90 euros/night) if traveler desires so, but Host must be notified 72h in advance. Extra pool heating cost to be settled by arrival. Please check the conditions and temperature available depending on the season of the year on the Rental Agreement or ask the Host for further details. Please note that the booking amount provided at the time of your reservation takes already into account the extra costs for additional travelers above 8. That is, if you enter a booking for N travelers, you booking stay accounts for N persons, and N persons only. Any additional stay above N shall be booked or settled by the time of check-in, at a rate of 35 euros/night/per extra person above 8 travelers. There are no other extra cost other than the cost for heating the pool. Each additional bedroom request will be made available at a rate of 70 euros per night (that is, bedroom occupancy is understood to be for 2 persons at a rate of 35 euros/person). Any special request to use bedrooms with single occupancy shall be disclosed to host to make proper arrangements on a case by case basis and with corresponding extra costs. Motor caravan or recreational vehicle other than SUV is strictly prohibited inside the property, nor is it allowed inside the Golf domain. A retainer of over 1000 euros may be levied on the traveler's security deposit in case of illegal park of any such recreational vehicle inside the property premises. Please read "Rental Agreement" provided herewith in "Rules & Policies" section. Guests enjoy the premises with full privacy, but have to respect the rules and agreement of renting, and the guest having made the booking will provide an ID upon arrival and sign a registration form with rental agreement. Travelers are nonetheless kindly required to disclose all guests expected to spend at least one night on premises ahead of check-in. Special events open to outsiders and gathering above 18 people that include non-registered travelers (be it private parties, anniversary celebrations, corporate events, etc.) are prohibited without prior agreement of host. In case of non-disclosed events and without host's prior consent, a charge of 1500 euros will be automatically levied on security deposit. Aside for the costs already included in your booking arrangements, there is an extra daily fee or heating the pool, which is left at the discretion of the traveler
