The duo in the kitchen and in the sommelier's office combine sensitivity, passion and precision for a deep and delicate experience. The menus are proposed in 2 versions: vegetable or vegetable and sea. These experiences evolve over the weeks and months with the vegetable gardens, the harvests and the fishing. La Fenière carries the values of hospitality of the Sammut family, historic for 45 years in the world of Gastronomy. Nadia and Ernest continue the history of this family business and make La Fenière a place to live, cook, inspire and share for a better world.
