Charming cottage with terrace in a wooded area by the pool, located in Calviac in Périgord in the heart of Périgord Noir, near the Dordogne river and 10 km from the medieval city of Sarlat. The "olivier" gîte, cosy, comfortable, single-storey is fully equipped with an air conditioned living room / kitchen, one bedroom with a queen size bed, a shower room and separated toilets. You will appreciate the peace and quiet of the area. Terrace with garden furniture Swimming pool (5x10m) - not eated - to be shared with the two others cottages - open from may to october. Bikes available on site. Cycle path at 1.5km WiFi access Parking; Large outdoor car park on site below the cottages. No access for people with reduced mobility.
