In an old farm from the 18th century in Burgundy with apparant stones and beams three rooms ; one double with chimney (5 pers), one double with balneo bath (2/3 pers), one single room with shower "hammam" (2/3 pers), kitchen with comfort. Lovely garden, parking, wifi. Walk in forest and country. Beautiful old cities around : Villeneuve/Yonne, Joigny, Sens, Auxerre. 1 h 30 from Paris autoroutes A6, A5, A19. Railway station at 2 kms (1 h 15 from Paris). English and Italian spoken.
