Stéphane Lachello welcomes you in a very nice atmosphere, young and relaxed, and you install on a very Zen terrace with marine decor, made of wood and ropes; or in the interior room, beautifully appointed, with the complicity of the architect Guy Falco, black and white leather. Both a cocktail bar (with amber rum, vodka or champagne ...) and a restaurant, the Hippy Market Café's menu focuses on the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Asian flavors of the sea. . As an appetizer, you can choose between oysters from the Thau pond, a carpaccio of scallops, lime and ginger, a pork salad warmed "in their own way", or plates to share as a brasucade of l pond of Thau or a papillotte of mussels. For the dish, it will be spaghetti of scallops with pesto and dried tomatoes, tournedos or tataki of Mediterranean bluefin tuna, squid fried with ginger, or, for meat lovers, beef tartare.
