Irene and Sebastian welcome you to the Cercle des Huîtres to taste their special oysters, both hollow and flat, at their production farm on the edge of the Thau Lagoon. Raw oysters, grilled, in tempura... a multitude of recipes to make you discover oysters in all their flavors. All accompanied by local drinks and other local products.
